- Violate laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance
- Promote illegal activities or extreme violence
- Involve non-consensual sexual content
- Defame, harass, or bully individuals
- Mislead or deceive (deepfakes for malicious purposes)
5. Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all rights to:
- The VideoPicAI platform, technology, and AI models
- Website design, branding, and trademarks
- Software code and proprietary algorithms
5.2 User Content Ownership
- You Own Your Prompts: You retain ownership of text prompts you create
- Generated Content: Subject to AI provider terms, you generally own rights to content you generate
- Commercial Use: Pro and Lifetime plan users may use generated content commercially
- Free Plan: Limited to personal use, commercial use requires upgrade
5.3 Content Licensing
By using our Services, you grant us:
- A license to process your prompts for generation
